Crochet Cotton (For these flowers I used #10)
Tapestry needle
Coordinating thread
Small pearl buttons
Notes:
To make these flowers larger, add chains in multiples of 3 to the foundation chain row.

Pattern:
Chain 66
Row 1: Dc in 9th chain from hook (this counts as base ch3, dc, and ch2), *chain 2, skip 2, dc next* repeat from * to * across. Turn.
Row 2: *Dc 5 in next chain space, sc in next dc* repeat from * to * across. Turn
Row 3: Skip next 2 dc, *5 dc in next stitch, sl st in next sc, sk next 2 dc* repeat from * to * across. Sl st in last dc. Finish off.
Your flower should look something like this at this point:
