Galvanized Tub Turned Outdoor Ottoman
I tried another suggestion for you today … I did it with Sawzall, although I had some difficulties, I ended the job. When I cut the plywood, I cut it about half an inch so that it fits well in the tub.
I took a piece of 22 “x 22” 2 “hard sponge and a meter of this beautiful Sun Shade outdoor fabric. I cut the hard sponge round to match the plywood I had cut. First we combine the sponge with plywood. Then we cover the hard sponge with the fabric, pull the fabric to the bottom of the plywood and pin it to the bottom of the plywood. The process is fine …
Isn’t that a great idea? I will use it as a seat in my garden, I can’t wait to sit down! It feels great to renew old items and make them available! 🙂
I love DIY things like this 🙂 I just think it’s great that you can use this as a stool as well as for drinks – so it’s very smart!
