Your own four walls are the place where we show our personal side. The set-up accompanies you for a lifetime and is like collecting memories and moments. With the further development of one’s own personality and taste, external influences also influence the desire to live.

This feeling came to me when I first looked into the Mooris apartment. Just the staircase in the traditional old building, the stucco and the small details in the entrance area radiate a “feel at home” feeling. We were warmly welcomed by Team Mooris and guided through the apartment and showroom. With great attention to detail you could only feel at home.

The apartment invites to sample sitting, touching and test lying. Here you will find the beloved classics under one roof and have the opportunity to test them live.

The beautiful layout of the apartment in living, dining and sleeping area, bathroom, kitchen and the spacious entrance area make you want more.

Personally, I attach great importance to a beautiful living and dining area. The mix of chairs and other seating was therefore a special highlight for me. When it comes to decor, I make sure to invest in classics. I attach great importance to natural colors and natural materials. The classic Scandi look has evolved a bit. Silver or chrome details and a mix of different structures are in the foreground.

Other favorites from the Mooris Apartment: linen bed linen, Carrie portable lamp and Grand Repos wing chair.

After exploring the “hallowed halls” of in detail, it was time for further Insight insights. Team Mooris en route & hello Vitra Design Museum! Design classics, the Eames Chair and more. The excursion to the Vitra Design Museum is not only worthwhile for design enthusiasts and architecture experts, but for anyone who likes to be inspired by modern furnishing and decoration ideas. Once behind the scenes of the Swiss family business, popular design classics and one of the leading design museums worldwide. Together with we have received an exclusive tour of the entire area with the final stop: the Vitra House.

Vitra sees every facility as a reflection of himself, a personal collage that changes over time with the preferences and circumstances of its owner. A day full of creative and inspiring insights into the design world with and Vitra. Followed by a dinner in the heart of Zurich, we let the day end in the restaurant Bärengasse.

The following day our Zurich City program started. After our brunch at the Mooris apartment we went to the old town and the Limmatquai, a small city tour right on the water. When in Zurich … Lunch at Café Storchen as a little rest.

Our highlights for the perfect day in Zurich: La Stanza Bar by the Water or Bar45 for Day Drinking or Aperitivo, Juicery for the Daily Dose of Superfoods, Bros, Beans and Beats for Coffee, Smith and de Luma or La Baracca for Dinner in Zurich. The Visitor has many more tips about Zurich and is highly recommended for your next trip to Zurich! With Zurich tickets it’s easy to get from A to B – by tram or city cruise across the water.

As befits a perfect Saturday night: Aperitivo calling! We did not want to deprive the apartment to our Swiss friends and have invited to an Aperitivo Italiana. The apartment offers enough space, a perfectly equipped kitchen and the central location speak for themselves. Accordingly, good for everyone. A nice end to such a special weekend.

Design, Interior, Lifestyle & Zurich at its best. Many thanks to the entire team for their organization and warm welcome to the Mooris Family.

If you’re planning a trip to Zurich, just get in touch with Team Mooris and maybe you’re the next guest to experience the wonderful Zurich program and the “Mooris way of life”.
