Vegetarian, gluten-free and healthy – I also know why my diet feels good and right now because I have finally flipped a switch. Although it is of course already a diet in terms of quantity, I no longer feel it like this, but rather as a healthy way of eating. I also lose weight with it. As always, everything is gluten-free and vegetarian.
It also feels so terribly healthy to bring home-grown arugula and herbs from the balcony garden, I’m almost always a little proud of it, it’s great!
All people with their own garden will of course have known this for a long time. For me, after 2 years of “balcony art” it is still relatively fresh and new. All the more I enjoy picking home-made lettuce and harvesting my herbs.

Diet week 9 – 7 pounds lost

Now to the facts, the numbers speak for themselves, 7 kilos in 9 weeks of diet. I celebrate myself for success. Especially because I do it without sport. And at an age when it is a little more difficult to lose weight even with sports. I had tried a lot of new things this week. In addition to a peanut muffin, I even made a sweet quinoa slice myself. I will show the cuts with chocolate and puffed quinoa in an extra contribution including a recipe. I am already writing the recipe for the peanut muffin.
The reason I had baked something with peanut mush was because there was a recent TV show on the subject of successfully losing weight. According to the report, all types of nuts should help, even those that are actually not. So also the well-known peanut. I actually didn’t gain weight on the muffins.
Day 1 (photo above)
Boiled egg, 200ml beetroot latte (to mix yourself, bought from Sonnentor)
Mushrooms with fresh marjoram, fried potatoes and a little rocket from home-grown
Quinoa slices with dark chocolate (homemade)
Salt pretzels gluten-free from Schär

Muffins with peanut butter, coconut flour and birch sugar (without egg)

day 2
On this second day of the diet week, I only show the homemade muffin. Because I had prepared the main course for the Topfgucker campaign. There will also be pictures and the recipe.
Now, however, there is a recipe for these unusual peanut muffins that were super fluffy. The dough comes without eggs!
190g flour gluten-free
2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon coconut
flour 80g
birch sugar
60ml coconut oil
130g peanut butter
250g natural yogurt
jam (variety ofyour choice) I had strawberry flour, coconut flour, baking soda and baking powder mixed.Mix the sugar well with the oil.Mix the yoghurt and peanut sauce into the oil-sugar mixture and then add the dry flour mixture and stir well again.Fill the muffin cases halfway with dough. (the number depends on the size of your molds) Put a dollop ofjam on top and spread the rest of the batter on top .The muffins at 180 ° for 20 to 25min. place in the oven.

Cheese toast with Gymqueen Asia sauce and ketchup
Portion of Silicea
Corn spaghetti with boiled egg, herbs and parmesan
Yogurt, spray foam, popped amaranth, strawberry from the balcony
At the moment the balcony garden is a lot of fun, it is a pleasure to get the homemade arugula and herbs from outside. I could already snack on some strawberries. Everything in the photos of herbs or salad is currently coming from the balcony #urbangardening
